Funds are submitted per the lease — typically certified payment for move-in funds.

Utility Setup
Set up resident-paid utilities by the date listed in your lease.

Move-In Inspection
You'll receive a move-in condition report to review and document the home.

Portal Setup
Your resident portal is activated so you can pay rent and submit requests from day one.
Move-In Checklist

Everything to handle before key day

  • Sign lease and addendums
  • Submit move-in funds
  • Set up electricity, gas, water (as required)
  • Forward mail with USPS
  • Update address with employer, bank, DMV
  • Set up renter's insurance
  • Activate resident portal and AutoPay
  • Complete move-in condition report within deadline
