Move-In Checklist
Everything to handle before key day
- Sign lease and addendums
- Submit move-in funds
- Set up electricity, gas, water (as required)
- Forward mail with USPS
- Update address with employer, bank, DMV
- Set up renter's insurance
- Activate resident portal and AutoPay
