Fees & Deposits
Pet fees, deposits, and monthly pet rent vary by property and the results of pet screening. Specific amounts are confirmed during approval and outlined in your pet addendum.
Assistance Animals
Assistance animals are not pets and are not subject to pet fees. We follow all Fair Housing requirements and verify reasonable accommodation requests through our screening partner.
Property-Specific Rules
Every property is a little different
Some properties have breed, weight, or quantity restrictions set by the owner or HOA. Always confirm pet eligibility before applying — our leasing team can answer specific questions.
Resident Pet Responsibilities
- Pets must be leashed in common areas
- Clean up waste immediately
- Vaccinations kept current
- No unauthorized pets — including visitors' pets long-term
- Owners are responsible for any pet-related damage
